Following the merger of The Test People and Centre4 Testing in December 2015, creating the UK’s leading software testing company, it is extremely exciting to introduce our rebranded organisation, Ten10.
Our new name derives from the racing term, ‘ten-tenths’, meaning to perform at your maximum potential. This reflects the ambitions of our talented people, our innovative and rigorous use of tools and technology and our desire to help our clients embrace technological change and business transformation with total confidence.
The Test People was an award-winning test consultancy, formed in 2007 by Gav Winter, Andy Slight, Chris Thompson and Ash Gawthorp. Centre4 Testing was founded in 2004 by Ryan Hannigan and Tony Wells, having previously worked together at Mission Testing - a software testing business co-founded by Wells in 1998.

Ten10 is led by Miles Worne, CEO, together with existing directors from both former companies, making an experienced leadership team. Private equity firm, Livingbridge, who announced investment in Centre4Testing in March 2015, is continuing to work with the management team to support continued growth. Since the merger we have also been developing our service offering in response to feedback from clients and the market.
